Some of the best projects start with a conversation you weren’t expecting.
A few weeks ago, a woman named Milena Miteva-Regos sat in the front row of my two-hour AI Beyond ChatGPT seminar. She was sharp, engaged, and asked the kinds of questions that told me she was already thinking three steps ahead. After the session ended, she came up and introduced herself. We exchanged contacts.
The next day she reached out. Two days later we met for coffee for an hour. By the end of that hour I had a clear picture of her project — and a clear conviction that AI could help us move faster than any traditional agency ever could.
Who Milena Is — and What Unhustle Means
Milena spent 23 years as a CMO and marketing strategist, building brands for companies small and large. She has presented at the World Economic Forum, won the People’s Choice Award at Wisdom2.0, and has been featured in CNN Business, Deloitte, and Thrive Global. She has helped brands stand next to names like Madonna. Read her full story →
But somewhere along the way — on October 31, 2013, to be exact, at 30,000 feet between Toronto and Reno — she pulled out a cocktail napkin and sketched the metrics of her own life:
Work: 100%. Money: 75%. Love: 25%. Health: 0%. Play: 0%.
That napkin moment became the seed of Unhustle.
The movement she built from that realization isn’t anti-ambition. Milena is very clear about that. Unhustle is anti-self-abandonment. Her thesis is that hustle culture is a broken equation — one that’s structurally designed never to be completed — and that the exact skills AI cannot replicate (creativity, empathy, strategic thinking, genuine leadership) are precisely the ones burned out by it.
Her answer is what she calls the Desire Path: an alternative to the Default Path, built on seven principles that reconcile professional achievement with actual human flourishing.
“Making business more human and humans more alive.”
That’s the Unhustle mission. And when I heard it, I knew this was a brand worth building something beautiful for.
The Project: Three Days, One Complete Rebuild
Milena had a website built on Showit — a design-forward platform that works well for many creators. But she needed more: a custom tech stack, tighter control over the codebase, performance she could own, and a design that matched the depth and sophistication of the brand she was building.
We started with her existing design and copy as the source of truth, then rebuilt everything from scratch.
Within three days — not three weeks, not three months — we had the core done, with polish and adjustments continuing through the rest of that week:
- A fully rebuilt, production-ready website
- A clean, modern tech stack she controls
- Copy and brand voice carried faithfully across every page
- A live site at unhustle.com
This is exactly what AI-assisted development makes possible. Not corners cut. Not quality sacrificed. Speed and quality at the same time — because the bottleneck isn’t effort anymore, it’s clarity.
Need a site or product built fast?
I build modern websites and tools using AI-assisted development — weeks of agency work compressed into days. If you have a project that needs to move quickly and look good doing it, let's talk.

The Book: Unhustle, Fall 2026
The website rebuild was also the right moment to set the stage for what’s coming next.
Milena’s book — Unhustle: Finding Your Desire Path in a Default World — launches Fall 2026. It’s the product of a decade of research and 300 conversations with founders, CEOs, and people who walked away from conventional success paths. The foreword is written by Chip Conley, founder of the Modern Elder Academy.
The seven principles at the heart of the book include ideas like:
- Build Life Wealth — redefining success beyond financial metrics
- The Body Speaks First — honouring physical signals before burnout forces the issue
- AI Has No Taste — the creative, deeply human capacities that no model can replace
- Together Is the Strategy — why community is the most underrated performance tool
If any of that lands for you, she has a waitlist for the book launch — with exclusive bonuses including live Q&A sessions, early excerpts, and implementation tools. Join the waitlist →
And if you’re a leader or executive navigating burnout, transition, or the gap between your ambitions and your actual life: Milena also advises a small number of clients annually through her Unhustle OS advisory practice, and runs The Baja Gathering — an annual application-only immersion in Baja California Sur.
What Milena Said Afterward
I don’t often quote client feedback in my own work. But this one deserves to be read directly:
“In my 23-year marketing career I have been involved in many websites for companies small and large, including celebrities like Madonna. Never before have I witnessed such speed, quality, and efficiency as working with Paul and AI. Before I had to hire different agencies and vendors and pay thousands of dollars. What took months takes hours. Paul is extremely professional, experienced, delivers on time and goes above and beyond to make sure the client receives an exceptional product. Highly recommend.”
— Milena Miteva-Regos, Founder, Unhustle
That quote means a lot to me. Not because of the praise — but because it validates something I believe deeply: AI doesn’t replace quality. It accelerates it.
Milena has 23 years of hard-won experience in marketing and brand strategy. AI didn’t replace that. It gave us the tools to move at a pace that matched the clarity she already had.
What came next
Working together that intensely — three days building, a week of refinements — raised a question neither of us had planned for: could we teach this? Not the tools specifically, but the approach. What it actually looks like when someone with deep domain expertise and someone who knows the AI stack sit down together and move.
We decided to find out. Milena and I are now building a workshop together.
The Brainstorm Session: 88 Ideas for a Book Launch
Building the site was one thing. Then Milena and I sat down together and ran a proper brainstorming session for her Fall 2026 book launch — using the BMAD Method’s 108 brainstorming techniques as the playbook.
We ran eight techniques in one session and generated 88 launch ideas across everything from community building to earned media to B2B channels. A few highlights that stood out:
- “What’s on your napkin?” social challenge — people photograph their own life-score napkin and share it. Cinematic, personal, and designed to spread on LinkedIn and Instagram. It starts from the same cocktail napkin Milena pulled out at 30,000 feet.
- Physical PR napkin mailer — 50 journalists, podcast hosts, and influencers each get a hand-written note from Milena, the five numbers, and a URL. No pitch deck. Just the story.
- “Score your life” interactive widget — visitors enter their five numbers, get a Life Wealth snapshot, and complete an email capture. Embeds everywhere.
- Chip Conley guest newsletter — Chip writes the Sunday letter about why he agreed to write the foreword, introducing his Modern Elder Academy audience (the exact target reader) to the book.
- “300 Confessions” daily campaign — one anonymized quote per day from Milena’s research interviews with founders, CEOs, and leaders who walked away.
- World Unhustle Day as the launch date — turn the book launch into a global movement event, partnered with MEA, B Corps, and conscious capitalism communities.
The techniques we used ranged from standard frameworks like Blue Ocean Strategy and Laddering through to invented ones like a Resistance Audit — a technique the AI generated on the fly for this specific situation, asking what the market most resists about this idea and turning each resistance into a positioning lever.
The full session — all 88 ideas, organized by cluster — lives at unhustle.preibisch.biz/brainstorm (Milena’s version).
This project is one of the cases I’m most proud of — you can read the full portfolio entry here.
Try the Brainstorming Tool Yourself
That same session framework is now a free tool on this site. preibisch.biz/brainstorm lets you browse all 108 BMAD brainstorming techniques across 13 categories, pick the ones that fit your goal, and generate a ready-to-paste prompt for Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
It’s the same tool we used with Milena — pick a facilitation mode (Facilitator, Creative Partner, or Ideate), select your techniques, hit Copy, and drop it into your AI of choice. No signup. No paywall.
What This Kind of Project Actually Looks Like
If you’re curious what it looks like to rebuild a site like this — or to bring AI into your own business in a way that actually produces results rather than demos — that’s exactly what I teach and build.
You can start by reading how I work, or if you’d rather talk directly, book a free call.
And go explore Milena’s world at unhustle.com. The book drops Fall 2026 — get on the waitlist here. The Unhustle Letter reaches 2,000+ leaders across 54 countries every Sunday. Whatever your relationship with work looks like right now — I think you’ll find something there worth sitting with.
